Our firm of dedicated design professionals and technical support staff provides extensive experience in planning and designing residential projects and is committed to ensuring every client's needs, interests, lifestyle, and future plans are met. Offices located in the historical town of Lititz, PA Quality Design & Drafting Svcs. Ltd. is a member of a variety of national building and design associations including the AIBD and the BIA. We work with many local builders and individual clients providing organized, cost effective, and detailed construction drawings that meet the IRC building code.

Kevin L. Bollinger (Designer/Owner) Founded Quality Design & Drafting Svcs. Ltd. in 1990 Kevin earned his associate's degree from the Lancaster Institute of Drafting in 1990 and received his certification as a Professional Building Designer in July of 1995. He is certified with the current state International Residential Code (IRC). Kevin's career in construction began in his family's construction business and continued after his schooling was complete. Kevin resides in Lititz with his wife and two children. He and his wife attend the Middle Creek Church of the Brethren and have been very active with youth and young adult programs. In recent years Kevin has gone on several mission trips to Canada and Mexico and traveled throughout the United States to help with various building projects including projects for Habitat for Humanity. In his spare time Kevin enjoys hunting, skiing, golfing and spending time with family and friends. Michael L. Zell (Head AutoCAD Specialist/Designer) Michael is a graduate of the Architectural/AutoCAD program at Lancaster County Career and Technology Center and has a background in custom cabinetry & construction. He is certified in the current International Residential Code (IRC), the code adopted by the state of Pennsylvania. Michael's passion for the design and construction aspects of the business prompted him to complete extensive additions and remodeling to his home in Mount Joy that he shares with his wife and two children. In his spare time Michael is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, fishing, snowboarding, golf and tennis. Michael continues to attend the Faith Bible Church, a church that his family helped to start over 20 years ago. Douglas J. Dietz (AutoCAD/Sketchup Specialist) Douglas is a graduate of the Pre-Engineering/AutoCAD program at Lancaster County Career and Technology Center where he received the Outstanding Student Award. He earned his Associates degree in Applied Science of Architectural Technology at Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology and earned the Architectural Technology Program Role Model Award. A member of Manheim Brethren In Christ church for over 14 years, Douglas enjoys running the computer and video graphics during church services. In his spare time Douglas runs a successful lawn mowing business and enjoys cycling, camping and spending time with family and friends. Brandon M. Youndt (AutoCAD Specialist) Brandon is graduate of Lancaster Career & Technology Center's Brownstown Campus. He recently competed in a local residential design competition in which he took first place and went on to compete at the state and national levels of the competition where also finished first. In his spare time, Brandon enjoys playing the drums in a Christian rock band and performing at many weekend concerts. Brandon actively attends Pine Grove church in Bowmansville. Some of Brandon's other hobbies include writing, reading and snowboarding.
