Since 1990, Quality Design & Drafting Svcs. Ltd. has been planning and drafting custom homes, additions, and renovations for builders, architects and individual clients. Our firm of dedicated staff provides extensive experience in planning and drafting residential projects and is committed to ensuring every client's needs, interests, lifestyle, and future plans are met.

Quality Design & Drafting Svcs. Ltd. is a member of a variety of national associations including the AIBD, BIA, and BBB. We work with many local builders, architects and individual clients providing organized, cost effective, and detailed construction drawings that meet the IRC building code.

Kevin L. Bollinger

(AIBD Professional/Owner)

Founded Quality Design & Drafting

Svcs. Ltd. in 1990

Kevin graduated from the Lancaster Institute of Drafting in 1990, became an AIBD Professional Member in July of 1995 and also withholds his certificate in the current IRC Building Code. Kevin's career in construction began in his family's construction business. This hands on experience & knowledge has been of great value in the success of the business. Kevin resides in Lititz with his wife and two children. He and his wife attend the Middle Creek Church of the Brethren and have been very active with youth and young adult programs. In recent years Kevin has gone on several mission trips to Canada, Mexico, & Haiti and traveled throughout the United States to help with various building projects including projects for Habitat for Humanity. In his spare time Kevin enjoys hunting, skiing, and spending time with family and friends.

Michael L. Zell

(CAD & Softplan Specialist/Project Manager)

Michael is a graduate of the Architectural/AutoCAD program at Lancaster County Career and Technology Center and has a background in custom cabinetry & construction. Michael has been a member of the team since 2001 and is involved in the drafting and project management. He witholds his certificate in the current IRC Building Code. Michael's passion for the drafting and construction aspects of the business prompted him to complete extensive additions and remodeling to his home in Mount Joy that he shares with his wife and two children. In his spare time Michael is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, fishing, riding motorcycle, and spending time with family and friends. Michael and his family attend St. Marks United Methodist Church in their hometown of Mount Joy.

Douglas J. Dietz

(CAD & SketchUp Specialist)

Doug is a graduate of Lancaster County Career and Technology Center and Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology, where he received an Associates in Applied Science of Architecture. Doug has been a member of the team since 2006 and is involved in drafting and detailing of projects in the residential area.

Outside of work, Doug enjoys spending time outdoors and operates a mowing business on the side. He also enjoys spending time with friends and family, riding road bike & motorcycle, camping, and fixing computers. He also attends Lancaster County Bible Church and serves running the computer graphics in services.

Jason Corl

(Softplan & 3D Rendering Specialist)

Jason is a graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh where he received a degree in Graphic Design. He has been a member of the team since 2010 and has been involved in the residential drafting industry for over 5 years. Jason does drafting and planning using Softplan software which also allows us to create 3D photorealistic renderings. He witholds his certificate in the current IRC Building Code.

Outside of work Jason enjoys traveling with his wife and has been in many US states. He enjoys relaxing and spending time outdoors with friends and family. He also has a side business in graphic design.
